"Christmas Lullaby"
I have always loved singing. In high school, I began taking voice lessons and performing for audiences in recitals, talent shows, musicals, choirs, etc.
This is a video clip from a college recital in spring 2018. I performed "Christmas Lullaby" from Song for a New World by Jason Robert Brown.
This performance is particularly meaningful to me, because my grandmother (who has wanted to see me sing for years!) was able to come to the recital. This was the first time she saw me perform, and I intentionally sang a religious song, because I knew she would love it. This recital was extremely meaningful to her and also to me.
